how do i check for ecu trouble codes on a p28? its currently in my 88 crx si. its wired to the crx dash and engine harness... will this affect how the ecu troubleshoots? thanks in advance for any help...

...if its wired correctly, it should flash the check engine light...

some adapter harness's require that a jumper be grounded for it to flash, check the plug at the ECu to see if they're any loose wires....
